Do I need my own equipment?

No. You don’t need to own or buy a thing. We bring quality training equipment for a challenging workout built around you. If you already have equipment, we can use it too. We review your space at the free home consultation so you’re ready for your first session.

Check the room before choosing equipment.

  • Clear floor space: enough room for the planned movements without furniture in the way.
  • Ceiling height: check overhead clearance and basement beams.
  • Flooring: use a stable surface suited to the movements and equipment.
  • Light and ventilation: make sure you can see clearly and use the room comfortably.
  • Access and storage: leave a clear route and a place to put equipment away.

There is no single room size that suits every workout. Share approximate dimensions and the available layout so the plan can fit the space.

Take stock of what you own.

List any dumbbells, resistance bands, bench, cable station, or other equipment you want to use. Include weight ranges and condition. This helps establish what can be incorporated and what needs checking.

For a shared apartment or community gym, confirm guest-trainer permission with the operator before arranging a visit.

Choose the plan before the shopping list.

Avoid buying a large machine simply because it looks like a home gym essential. Agree on the training direction first, then choose equipment that supports it. You don’t need to make any equipment purchases to train with us.
